Setting up the workspace

A workspace is your company's account in Chato: channels, conversations, the team and the settings all belong to it.

Plans

Chato offers three plans — FREE, PRO and ENTERPRISE. The plan defines the limits on channels and employees. You can change it under Settings → Subscription.

Employee roles

Administrator — full access, including settings and billing.
Manager — access to conversations and channels, without the account settings.
