Bitrix24 integration

Connecting

Install the Chato app from Bitrix24.Market on your portal, or connect it from CRM → Integrations in Chato via OAuth login. After installing, Chato appears in the portal's left menu and on contact, deal, and lead cards.

What syncs

  • A new Chato conversation automatically creates a contact and a deal (or lead) in Bitrix24.
  • Messages from the conversation are duplicated into the deal's timeline.
  • A deal's status change in Bitrix24 is visible on the conversation's card in Chato.
  • The deal's responsible employee automatically syncs with the operator assigned to the conversation in Chato.
  • Bitrix24 business processes (robots) set up to trigger on a stage change or deal creation fire as usual — Chato creates and updates entities the standard Bitrix24 way.

Chatting right from the Bitrix24 card

The Chato widget is embedded into contact and deal cards — an employee can message the customer without opening Chato separately. Access is split by role: chat access can be given to every employee, while the right to change integration settings stays with admins only.

Employee access

Just like with amoCRM, each workspace employee has one of three access levels for the CRM widget: no access, chat only, or admin. Configure it in Settings → Team.

The Bitrix24 portal needs to stay accessible and active — if the portal is blocked or the app is removed from the marketplace on Bitrix24's side, Chato automatically disables the webhooks and syncing stops until you reconnect.

One CRM per workspace

A Chato workspace can only have one CRM system connected at a time. To switch from Bitrix24 to amoCRM (or the other way around), disconnect the current integration first.

Disconnecting the integration

You can turn off syncing in CRM → Integrations → Disconnect — deals and contacts already created in Bitrix24 aren't deleted.
