Connecting

Under CRM → Integrations pick amoCRM and sign in through the official OAuth flow. Chato then gets access to the pipelines and contacts of your amoCRM account.

What gets synced

• A new conversation in Chato automatically creates a contact and a deal in amoCRM.
• Messages from the conversation are copied into the deal's notes.
• A deal status change in amoCRM shows up on the conversation card in Chato.

Disconnecting the integration

You can stop the sync at any time under CRM → Integrations → Disconnect — deals and contacts already created in amoCRM are not deleted.
