Chato mobile app

You can install Chato on your phone like a regular app — straight from the website, without the App Store or Google Play. It takes half a minute, and notifications about new messages and calls arrive even when the app is closed.

How to install

Open chato.kz/app on your phone — it has step-by-step instructions for your device. If you opened it on a computer, point your phone's camera at the QR code.

Android

1. Open chato.kz/app in Chrome (Yandex Browser works too).
2. Tap Install Chato — or the ⋮ menu at the top right → Install app (in some browsers it's called "Add to Home screen").
3. Confirm with Install. The Chato icon appears on your phone's screen — open it and sign in with your login.

iPhone

1. Open chato.kz/app in Safari — on an iPhone the app can't be installed from Chrome.
2. Tap Share (the square with an up arrow at the bottom of the screen).
3. Choose Add to Home Screen and tap Add.
4. Open Chato from the Home Screen and sign in with your login.

Notifications

After you sign in, the app offers to Turn on notifications — agree so you don't miss customers' messages and calls. You can adjust them later: tap the Chato logo with your code at the top of the chat list → Notifications.

There you can turn each of these on or off:

• new messages;
• "A client or deal handed to you";
• tasks and mentions;
• incoming calls;
• showing the name and message text on the lock screen.

The Send a test button shows whether notifications reach this phone.

What's in the app

At the bottom of the screen are the Chats, Calls, CRM and Tasks sections. Channels, employees, plans and other settings are changed in Chato on a computer.
