Built-in CRM · Chato
Pipelines, deals and tasks live in Chato, next to the conversations: a deal is created from a chat in one click, and the customer's whole history is collected in its card.
The problem
Customers write on WhatsApp and Instagram, while deals are tracked in a spreadsheet or a separate CRM. Managers copy data by hand, half of the inquiries never become deals, and the head of sales cannot see which stage each customer is at or who needs a call back.
Chato has its own CRM: the sales pipeline, deals and tasks sit in the same place as chats and calls. No need to buy a separate system or switch between windows. The CRM is available to every company — just click “Turn on CRM”, and Chato creates a “Sales” pipeline with stages from “New request” to “Won” and “Lost”.
A deal appears where the conversation started. The chat header and the “Calls” section have a “Create deal” button — the customer, chat and source are filled in automatically. It can also happen on its own: for each channel you choose whether to create a deal from a new inquiry and whom to assign it to. New messages from a customer with an open deal are added to that deal instead of creating new ones.
Deals are shown as a kanban board or a list. The card holds the contact, amount, owner, stage and a timeline: messages, notes, tasks and calls. You can write to the customer right from there. If you already work in amoCRM or Bitrix24, the built-in CRM can run alongside them.
Several pipelines with your own stages and colors. Moving a deal to “Won” or “Lost” closes it, and you can record the reason for the loss.
The “Create deal” button in chats and calls, manually from the board, or automatically from a new inquiry on a channel.
Drag cards between stages. Search by name and phone number, filters, and quick buttons “My deals”, “No tasks”, “Overdue”.
A call, a meeting, a message or your own type: a due date and an owner, plus a notification in Chato when the deadline is near.
Custom deal fields, import from CSV and Excel (amoCRM and Bitrix24 exports work as they are), actions when a deal moves to a stage.
Who sees which deals: all of them, their own and unassigned ones, or only their own. Deleting, exporting and settings are controlled separately.
Create a workspace for your company and connect channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, telephony.
The “CRM” button in the left menu → “Turn on CRM”. It is turned on by the owner or an administrator.
Rename the stages to match your process, add fields and choose which channels create deals automatically.
Click “Create deal” in a chat with a customer and set a task — the next step will not get lost.
No. There is no separate fee for the CRM — it is available to every company, and you only pay for connected channels. The first 3 days are free.
Yes. The built-in CRM runs alongside a connected amoCRM or Bitrix24 — in that case the chat menu item is called “Deal in Chato”.
Import deals from a CSV or Excel file via the board menu. Exports from amoCRM and Bitrix24 work as they are.
That is up to you. In “CRM settings → Access” you choose, for a role or a specific employee: all deals, their own and unassigned ones, or only their own. The owner sees everything.
Deleted deals are kept for 30 days, and during that time they can be restored. A closed deal can be put back in progress with one button.
The first 3 days are free, no card needed. Connecting channels takes about half an hour.
