Integration · amoCRM
Chato adds a widget to amoCRM that lets a manager see the customer's WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram conversations right in the deal card and reply from there.
The problem
amoCRM shows the deal but not the conversation. A manager keeps the phone, the browser and the CRM open at once, some messages get lost, and the head of sales learns about a problem when the customer has already left.
Chato connects channels to amoCRM that it does not have on its own: WhatsApp on your business number, Instagram Direct and comments, Telegram, website chat, corporate email and IP telephony. Everything lands in a single Chato inbox, and amoCRM receives the lead, the contact and the conversation itself.
A Chato widget appears in the deal card: it opens the conversation with that customer, and you can reply without leaving the CRM. The message goes out from the company's business number, not from the manager's personal phone.
Access rights are set up separately: one employee can be given only chats and calls, another full access like the owner. You can also make sure a manager sees only the chats for their own deals. When an employee leaves, they get the “No access” role, and the conversations and call recordings stay with the company.
The conversation with the customer is on the deal screen. The manager does not need to switch anything.
A new inquiry from any channel creates a lead or a deal with a contact — in the right pipeline and at the right stage.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and calls in one Chato window, not in four different apps.
Calls through the company's SIP number: who called, how long they talked, whether it was missed. The call recording is stored in Chato.
Answers common questions and qualifies the customer while the manager is busy, then hands over to a real person.
The history lives in Chato and amoCRM, not on an employee's personal phone. A manager leaving takes nothing with them.
Signing up for Chato takes a couple of minutes, and no card is needed to start.
WhatsApp with a QR code, Instagram by logging into Instagram or via a Facebook Page, telephony with your carrier's SIP details.
In “More → CRM integration”, choose amoCRM and allow access in your account. The company owner does the connecting.
Write to your business number and make sure the deal and the conversation have appeared in amoCRM.
No. You connect the business number you already have — with a QR code, as a second device. There is no need to connect employees' personal numbers.
Yes, a workspace can have as many channels as you like — for example, separate numbers for sales and for service. Each channel is paid for separately.
Partly. When you connect with a QR code, recent history is pulled from the device. Everything older stays in WhatsApp itself; Chato does not overwrite it.
Yes, the integration uses the standard amoCRM API and does not depend on your edition.
Chato connects to amoCRM as a separate integration and does not touch other connectors. But only one external CRM can be connected to a company in Chato — amoCRM or Bitrix24; Chato's built-in CRM can run alongside it.
The first 3 days are free, no card needed. Connecting channels takes about half an hour.
