Dispatch messages and calls — in one window

WhatsApp, calls and requests from spreadsheets in a single queue: you can see who is waiting for a reply, and bulk messages to drivers and customers go out officially.

⚠️

The problem

Requests come in by phone, on WhatsApp and from a spreadsheet, while the dispatcher sits between the phone and the laptop. Some calls get lost at rush hour, and afterwards nobody can say exactly how many.

In dispatch, speed is everything: an inquiry is either handled within a minute, or the customer has already left with someone else. Chato brings calls, WhatsApp and requests from Google Sheets into one queue and shows how long each inquiry has been waiting for a reply.

IP telephony gives you what is usually missing most — numbers. How many calls came in, how many were answered, how many were lost at rush hour, which operators have weaker results. Call recordings are stored and reviewed for disputed orders.

Bulk messages — to drivers about a shift, to customers about a promotion or an order confirmation — are sent as official WhatsApp templates: to a list, with a delivery report and no risk to the company number.

What it gives the company

Calls and chats together

One queue for everything: a call, a message and a request from a spreadsheet.

Lost calls are visible

Reports show how many calls went unanswered and at what hours it happens.

Call recordings

A disputed order is reviewed by the recording, not by “that is what I was told”.

Requests from spreadsheets

A new row in Google Sheets — the customer automatically gets a message.

Bulk messages

Official WhatsApp templates sent to a list — to drivers and customers, with a delivery report.

Shift work

A conversation is handed to another dispatcher together with its whole history, nothing needs retelling.

Where to start

1

Connect telephony

A landline or mobile number with your carrier's SIP details — calls will go to the shared inbox.

2

Add WhatsApp

With a QR code — the number your customers already know.

3

Add your dispatchers

Invite the shift and assign access rights.

4

Check the reports after a week

You will see the real rush hours and the share of lost calls.

Frequently asked questions

Which carrier does the telephony work with?

Any carrier that provides a SIP connection. Setup is done with the details from the carrier, and the number stays yours.

Can calls be answered right in the browser?

Yes, the operator talks through the browser — no separate phone on the desk is needed.

What about broadcasts to drivers?

Through official WhatsApp templates. Bulk sending from a regular number leads to a ban, so WABA is used for lists.

How many dispatchers can be connected?

There is no limit on the number of employees — you pay for connected channels, not for people.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls keep coming in to the backup route, and the conversations stay in the system and are picked up when the connection is back.
