Instagram

Instagram is connected through the official Facebook/Meta Business sign-in under Channels → Add a channel → Instagram. You need an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook page.

Telegram

For Telegram, Chato creates a dedicated bot for your company. Just give the bot a name — the token is generated automatically, nothing has to be entered by hand.

Checking a channel's status

Any channel's status is visible under Channels: a green dot means the channel is working, a yellow one means it needs attention (re-authorization, for example).
